  • Ongoing Lender follow-ups: Weekly, Appraisal, Clear to Close, CD.
  • Communication with Title (or Attorney): Title Docs, Survey, Schedule Closing, CD, etc.
  • Connect Buyers for seamless home warranty, utility & home services set up.
  • Brokerage Compliance: Add documents, dates, and request CDA in Broker’s Back Office Software to ensure you are compliant and get paid!
  • Congratulations + Ongoing Connections with Buyers at 30/90/365 days + Homestead reminder (if applicable).
  • Listing Discount: If we prepared your listing to go live on the market – Contract to Close is $50 off.

Listing Support  |  $200 – $300

Included in $200 level:

  • Introduction Email to Seller as part of your team.
  • Assist in obtaining disclosures.
  • Photography: Scheduling & Reminders
  • MLS Entry: All the details & fields – done!
  • Brokerage Compliance: Add documents, dates, and details in Broker’s Back Office Software to ensure you are compliant.

Included in $300 level:

  • All of the above, plus:
  • Document Prep (Listing Agreement, etc.)
  • Custom Property Marketing: MLS Property Remarks + Ready to Post Social Cards (3) + Print Ready 2-page Flyer
